Dissemination Activities — 2026


Breakfast Meeting — OHS Platform Pilot Preparation
As part of the pilot training preparations for the online OHS personnel training platform, a "Breakfast Meeting" was organized. Engineers, technical staff, and OHS officers from participating enterprises were registered and briefed on the upcoming training. A total of 15 participants from 5 organizations attended the session.
Information Session at Khentii Polytechnic College — Electrical Students
An information session was conducted for 25 first-year students of the Building Electrical program at the Polytechnic College. Students received guidance on how to use the OHS online platform and were introduced to practical knowledge and skills in occupational health and safety. The initiative aims to support their professional preparation for future careers.
OHS Training for Khentii Court Agency Staff
A training session was successfully organized for all staff of the Khentii Province branch of the General Executive Agency of Court Decision. The training provided essential information aimed at enhancing OHS knowledge, mitigating workplace risks, and establishing a safe working environment.
Digital OSH Lab & Institutional Partnerships
A digital OSH training lab has been established at the Accredited Polytechnic College in Khentii Province and is now being used for both theoretical and practical training. The college also signed Memorandums of Understanding with the Provincial Emergency Management Agency, the Police Department, and the Labour and Social Welfare Services Office, strengthening local collaboration in occupational safety and health.








Information Session at Umnugovi Polytechnic College
Information was provided to 42 students majoring in technical education, OHS, and mining machinery operation at the Umnugovi Polytechnic College. Students were introduced to the platform's functions, guided on how to use it, and successfully registered for the pilot training.
OHS Platform Introduction for Military Unit 167
The Umnugovi Polytechnic College team introduced the online OHS training platform to 63 soldiers of Military Unit 167 and delivered a lesson on disaster preparedness and emergency readiness. Participants gained an opportunity to strengthen their OHS knowledge and improve their ability to respond during emergencies.
Information Session — Welding & Electrical Students
An introductory session on the pilot OHS officer training platform was delivered to 45 third-year welding and electrical students of the Umnugovi Polytechnic College.
Specialist Training — Using Measuring and Testing Instruments
On March 5, 2026, a six-hour professional training on "Using Measuring and Testing Instruments" was conducted by instructor B. Badamkhand at the Khentii Polytechnic College. Seven participants deepened their skills in assessing workplace environmental conditions, identifying occupational disease risks, calculating permissible exposure limits, and using measuring instruments at a professional level.








OHS Training for NUM Western Region School Staff
Training was organized for 22 staff members at the National University of Mongolia's Western Region School, led by instructor D. Ulziijargal. The session covered basic OHS concepts, workplace hazard identification, accident prevention, safe work culture, and emergency response measures.
General Staff OHS Training — Khentii Polytechnic College
From March 31 to April 1, 2026, a general staff OHS training was held at the Khentii Polytechnic College ahead of the road repair and maintenance season. Jointly organized by the college's OSH council, the training combined theory and practice and was considered highly effective. Regular organization of such training is recommended going forward.




These dissemination activities have been vital in promoting the 3L4MOHS project's efforts to enhance occupational health and safety standards in Mongolia. By engaging with various stakeholders and utilizing diverse communication platforms, the project continues to foster meaningful dialogue and drive positive change within the Mongolian education and industrial sectors.
